Customer Service, Outside Lawn and Garden, Seasonal, Tool World and Hardware. I received a commendation for great customer service December 2011 from store manager Sheldon Grigg. Moved to Inside Lawn & Garden July 14, 2012. Went back to Wee Team since then I have hade freedom of store able to get PSE Leads, Credit Apps, Sell RP'S, EPP'S. My name on the board for My Lowe's sign up's from February to present every month. I meet and great at door and take it from that point. I do everything to make the customer happy and make money for store. I sell it like I own it, I take pride in what I do.

Executed daily operations of Bi- Fast, Set up store for opening at 6:00 AM 5 days a week Full - Time. My responsibilities were as follows.
Cashier, Customer Service, Accounts receivable monthly accounts, Checked in deliveries priced and stocked inventory, Vendor pay-outs, Bank deposits, Kept records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Worked hard to improve the store relationship with all the customers.
Recommended improvements in service, and billing methods and procedures in order to prevent future problems.

Resolved customers service and billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money. Shopped at Slab town Auction on my time to bring new inventory in for the customer request list I started.

We worked for local businesses Dealerships, Commercial Accounts, Local and State Police Towing on a rotation list. My responsibilities were as follows Dispatch out daily towing calls.

Customer Service, Computer Data Entry, Billing, Accounts receivable, Phones, Filing, Bank Deposits, Customer follow up for questions or Concerns, Collect Daily bills from towing and repairs.

Call for purchase orders, Send and receive faxes, Order parts for repairs for cars and trucks, Vendor Pay-outs, Handled all aspects of the company, was instrumental in making sure all jobs were complete. I over saw all employees. We wanted all our customers to be satisfied. We were a great team.
