Head of Visual Media for Big Green Week 2012

Forum for the Future & Bristol Green Capital

Responsible for networking voluntary photographers and filmmakers to produce content for Big Green Week. This role involved interviewing the big names as well as acting as producer for the short films and Motion Graphic.

Planetary Collective

February 2012 - February 2012

Collaborating with another Composer/Producer and the Producer of the film, I composed an original score for a documentary film exploring the ‘overview effect’ as narrated by astronauts and philosophers. This role represents my creative flair and capacity for working closely in a team, integrating different methods and backgrounds for a shared vision. The other music production projects I have completed reflect my passions for communicating key messages through sound and visuals.

All projects are available for viewing here;, Overview and a motion graphic will be available for viewing from May 2012.

Temporary Director

Trinity Community Arts

November 2009 - November 2010

I’ve been in contact with the building and its various goings on for many years. At an Annual General Meeting I had the opportunity to put myself forward and be voted in as a temporary director along with three others to resolve an increasingly damaging internal conflict. During the 12-month period we dealt with many of the day-to-day issues whilst maintaining our crucial aim to transition from an era of conflict to strong and effective organisation for the community. This was an incredibly valuable insight into a community organisation.

Business Development Manager & Office Manager

Wheelscape Skateparks

February 2008 - January 2012

Located in the nucleus of the company, I was instrumental in its growth: designing, actioning and leading much of the change to its philosophy, processes and management. The trust I earned allowed me to adopt an experimental, creative approach to the company’s development whilst continually reporting to the managing directors for approval. I designed my exit from the company as a part of a deeper transformational project for the organisation.

The role was centered around progressive strategic development, identifying, exploring and engaging with new opportunities that resulted in a stream of highly successful projects. I achieved this through an ability to establish, maintain and mature networks with multiple stakeholders, including young people and key decision makers.
