Currently I am employed as Training Manager, Skills Development Manager and SHE (Safety Health and Environmental) Coordinator.

- Assist and liaise with recruitments and interviews.
- Manage all Training Projects.
- Develop Training Strategy, current and future needs.
- Develop and incorporate learning and training initiative's, liaising with top Management, SETAS, Training Institutes, Department of Labour, Department of Minerals, CIE (Chief Inspector of Explosives), CHIETA, MQA, MERSETA, TETA, and any other related institutes to deliver required training and appropriate standards.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of Training needs.

- Develop all aspects of Curriculum development: - Course outline services, role-plays, case studies and comprehensive training modules.
- Evaluate and fine tune learning and development programs.

- Analyse the competency gaps and assist in developing PDP's (Personal Development Plans).
- Develop Leadership Development Programs.
- Management of Learner Ships and Bursary Programs.
- Take full responsibility of full compliance.
- Develop and update Company Policies and Procedures for Employee Development.
- Chair disciplinary hearings, Skills Development Meetings, Safety Meetings and Emergency Drill Meetings.
- Awareness and knowledge of contemporary development theory and provide guidance to Executive and Management.
- Responsible for Management and continuous improvement of Training.
- Moderate and Monitor Training Coordinates
