Key Roles and Responsibilities
Manage developments and delivery process of projects, including acquisition, design and construction, authority approvals, tenancy installation and divestment to secure targeted returns on projects
Assess development opportunities working with Architect & Estimating teams to develop concepts and analyse feasibilities
Manage property acquisition market and technical assessment and other due diligence
Manage internal or external Project Manager and/or planning consultants for the preparation of new planning instruments and/or Development Applications and negotiate to secure most favourable results/consents
Work closely with and lead my development team to deliver projects within budget time and cost parameters
Interact with quantity surveyors, internal accounts and bankers where necessary (e.g. to ensure the progress claim process is executed accurately) and with Funds Management team (for raising of debt and reporting to external investors)
Headed a project to develop a suite of commercial and business products and services for my company that specialised in Urban services
Delivered projects, on time on budget resulting in increases of business and commercial assets
Secured several high net worth Australian and overseas investors whose wealth exceeded $50M
Liaised with other companies to formalise budgets, implement system requirements, credit policy, operational work flows and marketing support
