Work History

Civil Completions Advisor

Kentz - Exxon

May 2010 - January 2013

In May of 2010, I commenced work on the PNG LNG Project through Kentz. I was assigned to the Exxon Mobil Systems Completion department as Systems Completions advisor and was given the responsibility for the completions of the C1, EPC1 and Red Sea infrastructure contracts. This involved the development of Systems Completion processes and manuals, the review of related project documents including Manufacturers Record Books, Vendor Mechanical Catalogues, and the review of contractor’s workpacks, issuing contract notices, Turnover and Final Acceptance Notices once the workpack is approved on all 3 contract packages. These packages covered a number of civil packages including wharves, roads, bridges, camps, telecoms, laydown areas, wellpads and Ancillary packages, which included mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems, and which I facilitated the hand over to other EPCs, companies or the PNG government. In developing and approving these workpacks, I worked closely with both the EHL and Contractor’s quality, systems completions and construction leads.
I also helped develop the Contractor’s requirements for the DFO (Documents for Operations) and worked with the Exxon and Contractors Document Leads and Systems Completion personnel to ensure a smooth transition from site workpacks to finished product, ready for submission to the DFO.
