Whilst at Reuters my duties were to assist the Manager in the day to day running of the club, ensuring all health and safety procedures are being adhered to and managing a 5 person fitness team. During my time there I successfully increased Personal Training, making sure all sessions were delivered on time and all money is accounted for. I closely assisted the Programme Manager in promoting new ideas and overall membership had increased by 20%. I had a strong Personal Training client basis delivering numerous weekly sessions. Whilst at Nuffield I would also take studio classes, these included: Circuits, bootcamp, cardio contioning, spin, core.

As well as Personal Training I also take private classes and have worked with bootcamps. I also train runners of all different abilities to help improve running technique, endurance levels and increase overall fitness levels.
