I've have worked as as receptionist, where my expected duties were,Typing of documents,Liaising with clients
basic admin work, filling of documents, issuing of invoices and quotations and basic bookeekiping. When i left the position i was employed as a mail file clerk, where i was expected to sort our incoming faxes, email and furhter distribute work amongst to be actioned. Further moved and worked as a policy service clerk, would action correspondence, e.g cancellation or surrendering of policies, amendment on policies, change of banking details, sending confirmation letters to clients and also liaising with both clients and brokers. Have skills as a claims assessor my duties a accessing of death daily, retrenchment claims, confirming with Police, medical information from Dr, clinics or hospitals, undertakers Employer form confirmation for Employment or Retrenchment , all suspicious claims to be referred to the Forensic investigator ,handle walk in clients , phoning clients and sending sms to clients, answering phones, liaising with branches, capturing and paying claims, typing letters to clients and authorizing
