From March 2013

I am in charge of the waterborne and solvent based products development, new
tinting systems and I am taking care of the Industrial Coatings technical Service in Italy and abroad, too.
• As a consultant, I was having lectures within Master, PhD and Degree courses at Como, Bologna and Faenza Universities.

2004 I worked for Milano Colori; I was in charge of the selection and the import of the strategic Raw Materials from India and China, mostly organic pigments and powder
coatings additives. I followed the CAB production project in China (know-how transfer and production start-up). I also took care of the export of glass coatings to China.

s.a.s. I was giving technical consulting for the paint companies and I was taking care to open and to manage sales network in Italy and abroad for different market sectors.

Samor Group

From May 2001

2001 I was the Samor Group temporary general manager. In particular I was
taking care of the flexo and offset production divisions (Supercolor in Italy and Chimigraf in Spain), with the target of the companies reorganization.

Sales Director

for Corob, taking care of both Engineering
division and point of sales dispensers division: in this activity I was co-ordinating three sales
managers for the Engineering division, six area managers (three Italians, one Dutch, two
Finnish) for the POS division and the sales office, having four employees. It was my
responsibility to define the sales strategy and the sales targets. I was reporting directly to the
General Manager.

I was in charge worldwide of the sales of the industrial machines. I was following the sales directly and with the Corob agents. It was my responsibility to define the sales strategy and the sales

Area Manager

From December 1997

for some countries in the
Middle East and in the Mediterranean area, mainly for the sales and the technical support for the colorants and the dosing machines. Tikkurila CPS is a multinational company, which has
productive sites in Europe, America, Australia, South Africa and Far East. The total production of colorants in 1997 is 5.980.000 litres for a turnover of 494 million Finn marks and sales of dosing
machines for a turnover of 260 million Finn marks. The number of employees is over 400.

I was managing 150 people. I
was in charge of fixing, planning and controlling the research activities; I took care of research and personnel budgets, too. I also to give Technical Assistance to some Key Clients.
