Role:
•Set up Tactics , resource organization and Approaches required to achieve the
annually and quarterly sales plans
•Setup measures and tools to track the sales performance and take corrective
actions in case of deviations.
•Manage and oversees the different sales channels such as resellers, agents,
affiliates, Dealers, OEMs, system integrators, etc.
•Track the sales channel performance and report the outcome to the marketing
department.

issues.
•Restructure the sales department to respond to the change in the company’s
selected marketing penetration and expansion objectives.
•Accountable for stimulate the sales staff motives to achieve the pre-defined
objectives. this include setting up policies and procedures that ensures sales
staff team work and self esteeming such as individual commissions ,
Collective commissions , profit share or any other incentive that the sales

•Watch the competitors and Market behaviors and report them to the Marketing

existing products.
