1. Customer Master Data:
• Understand all CS master data fields and their impact upon CS processes.
• Act as final check for CS data before activation of all new customer accounts.
• Conduct monthly reviews on CS critical fields on all active customer accounts.
• Co-ordinate resolution of any incorrect data.
• Assume responsibility for maintenance of CS Custom table (Order exception report, Allocation horizon, etc)

1. EDI Partner Profiles:
• Maintenance of EDI partner tables (Edpar, EAN, customer conversions tables)
• Analyze cause of customer order Idoc failures
• Escalate and co-ordinate resolution of data misalignment issues causing Idoc failures within agreed timeframe.
• Backup for correction of Idoc failures

1. Integration:
• Understand impact of CS related data maintained by other streams.
• To escalate Master Data issues to the appropriate parties and actively drive resolution.
• Resolve data integration issues between CS and following streams:
o GD
* Material listings
* Pricing
* Customer Hierarchy

* Derivation rules
* Released costs for materials
