Social Innovation Camp for Health 2013

I am the Lead Organizer for the SICamp for Health Innovations by Pinoy in Cebu. On October 18-20, 2013 we’re bringing people who understand technology together with people who understand a social problem to build technology-based solutions for better healthcare.

Integrated Healthcare Delivery and Training for Community Health Teams in the Philippines

This is a mobile health (mHealth) project that aims to provide a better training approach for Community Health Team and better delivery of healthcare services on maternal and child health with the use of mobile device and other ICT for Health.

This is a 12-month long project to be implemented in selected Gawad-Kalinga communities in Bagong Silang, Caloocan City. Our objectives is to improve the skills of our community health workers in identifying risk, referrals and in providing healthcare messages to our Filipino families, at the same time provide tele-consultation to remote doctors and specialists for easier and faster access to healthcare.
