at a private horse rescue and riding facility as my Sabbatical.
Duties included tending to sick and neglected horses, rehabilitation program included administering medication and therapy needs using daily intervention and positive reinforcement to the most neglected cases. Rehabilitation at 100% including retraining horses to be rideable and gave private riding lessons to disadvantaged children using Pedagogy methodologies. Set up summer riding camp curriculum before end of Sabbatical.

Primarily working with many marketing and supply chain operation departments to quickly educate the concepts needed to relay new application systems; to the learners using Captivate and or Articulate; including adult learning theories and test models. Achievements include:


• Collaborated on solution to retrain Marketing/Pricing department using eLearning re-educate the staff of thousands. The learners successfully learned basic to advanced forecasting, saving in salary alone over 100k in the course of a year.

• Project: I completed an urgent (4 day) Captivate storyboard and delivered to the stakeholders for a new software system. I completely authored, wrote the script and did the voice over which saved the company millions by quickly discontinuing items nationwide.

• Provided cost saving talent by using my voice for the voice over script talent in each eLearning course I was selected.

• Our department volunteered and piloted while hand registering learners in some cases 4 departments, not excluding Vice Presidents and Managers and tracking this on a daily basis including learning a new LMS so administrative staff could learn to load their groups course curriculum into the LMS
