The role of Business and Care Manager for Wesley part of Oceania Healthcare has been a diverse and stimulating position for me that has included planning and managing substantial redevelopment projects over the past 7 years to future proof the Business in the competitive Auckland Aged Care Industry.
My Human Resource management skills were required to advance culture change to support the Oceania Healthcare's robust Quality Programmes and has again in October 2014 Wesley to successfully attained MOH Certification.
After a career in Sales and Marketing in the Healthcare Industry throughout New Zealand by utilising my Registered Nursing background the opportunity to contribute my experience in Management systems to Aged Care has been extremely satisfying.

Having had the responsibility to make positive changes at Wesley over the past almost 8 years has been one of my major achievements.
Oceania Healthcare are in a business partnership with Methodist Mission Northern to provide a facility in Central Auckland we are proud of.
Wesley is now a modern and relevant Rest Home,,Aged Care Hospital facility with a stand alone Dementia unit which has been described as one of the best care facilitoes in Auckland.
We also offer care for those under 65 who like the open spaces which help them retain a godd level of independance.
Staff training is a major part of the work Oceania Wesley does supported by our Human Resources and Clinical Quality team.
