Prior to establishing Ember Carriers, Mary Hladio worked for a number of companies developing software solutions for challenging and dynamic business contexts. Concomitantly, Hladio maintained a regular interest in training development and teaching. She worked as an Adjunct Professor designing and holding courses on Technology and Society, Project Management, Telecommunications and others, and led learning development teams with both Saba Software and Hill-Rom, Inc.
