I am Martina Vidolova - HR Professional.
Working in the HR area as an HR Professional, I gained experience in recruitment, trainings, correspondence with business clients, negotiating contracts, presenting companies' portfolio in international fairs and people development.

My desire is to develop myself in the HR field. All aspects of organization development and change management are linked in this area. HR is the stabilizer and champion during organizational change. I want to present all my economical, technological and demographic knowledge because HR insights have been pushed to the forefront of business success.
