Designed the layout of a 1 m dia, 10 km sewerage pipe cost 2M and feasibility stage was 3 months. Prepared civil design submissions including H&S plan, risk assessments, and cost estimating forms.
Client facing role responsible for the Project Plan of a 10M multisite project including resources and due by dates. This helped the stakeholders to make key decisions on time and resources.
Co-Produced a specification to aid the tender process of councils in UK that want to built Waste treatment Plants period 3 months.
Delivered the first Water Resource Plan in Scotland, duration 5 months managing a team of seven water specialists.
