Brief description of the Project:

The Central Bank of Kuwait New Headquarters Building is located in Sharq Araea of Kuwait City, which comprises a “state of art iconic” very high quality 40 storey office tower with a four storey podium, associated car parking for staff and visitors and a fully landscaped site with associated water features and planting. The gross building area is around 140,000 m2. The car parks are designed to accommodate approximately 1300 cars. The complex has three basements which house car parking, a C4 shelter, mechanical plantroom areas and all connected banking services. The building has a glazed northern facade with exposed structural steel diagrid and the remaining facades are clad with high quality limestone. There is a secure perimeter fence and wall that encloses the site. The site area is a total of 25,872 m2.

Brief description of the Project:

Work of the Project includes construction, completion and maintenance for The Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmad Stadium, including adjacent infrastructure and landscape work, located at Ardiya Area, Kuwait, for The Public Authority for Youth & Sport [PAYS], the Employer.

The stadium occupies a land area of 400,000m2 with a seating capacity of 60,000 including 600 seats for the disabled, 250 chairs for the Royal/VVIP’s, 400 for corporate VIP’s and 100 seats for the Press/TV commentators.

The stadium is accessed via. an extensive internal road network with a venue car parking facility for 6650 cars. Extensive training and warm-up facilities including athletic track, swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms are provided.

The impressive cable tensioned fabric roof covers an area of 42,000m2 and the suspended maintenance catwalk system acts as the structural means of support for floodlighting and public address system. Two electronic scoreboards are suspended from the roof.

Hard & soft landscaping includes trees, ground covers and shrubs supported by irrigation system.

The stadium is equipped with exterior street lighting, flagpoles, external perimeter fence, ball stop fence and various athletic sport facilities.

Brief description of the Project/s:

SPA/100/01 – Supply, assembly, installation, completion and maintenance of Architectural Finishes for the Guest Palace building at Bayan Palace, Phase II Project, comprising exterior limestone cladding, interior marble/granite cladding and flooring, gold mosaic and marble mosaic works, gypsum wall and ceiling finishes, architectural woodwork including mashrabiyas, skylights, special wall painting etc. This building is considered one of the prestigious palaces in Kuwait, designated for Head of States visiting Kuwait with all high quality finishes and most sophisticated marble works along with wood patterns.

SPA/105/01 – Supply, assembly, installation, completion and maintenance of hard landscaping and infrastructure works around the Guest Palace building, consisting of marble/granite paving/cladding, clay brick paving, heavy duty ceramic tiles paving, asphalt road paving, concrete works for fountains including ceramic mosaic tiling for the fountains.

Brief description of the Project:

The Project is located behind Al-Awqaf Commercial Building on Mubarak Al-Kabeer Street, Kuwait City. It’s a multi-storied car park building and shopping complex with 2 basements, ground, mezzanine, first, second and roof floor with provision for future expansion. The superstructure is precast and the substructure is mainly cast-in-situ. The project gives a similar outlook of the existing Awqaf building with a mix of amenities like fashion shops, jewellery, restaurants, bookshops, bank etc. The basement car parks will accommodate 700 cars and the external facade is Aluminium cladded.
