Business Advisory and Behavioural Analyst qualifications, and am doing Coaching/Mentoring of business executives and managers as well as business consulting. I am able to offer high-level strategic planning skills, and assist companies by providing a strategic planning facilitation service, followed by behavioural profiling and team building, as well as performance management, aimed at achieving the objectives identified by the strategic planning process. I also assist with company turnaround programmes. I also do specialised consulting in the field of offset programmes and Project Management.

The IIB network provides a significant underpinning of the service offered, as there are IIB associates with a wide range of skills and background, from accounting and finance to operational and technical. There are approximately 150 IIB associates in South Africa, and over 3000 globally.

I have developed with 2 colleagues the Enablis Gold Academy (a training programme for SMME entrepreneurs) which is aimed at assisting entrepreneurs to successfully grow their businesses. This programme is now being rolled out nationally by Enablis.

CMT offers a broad range of business tools, from behavioural analysis to business diagnostic tools.

6. Objective:

My greatest satisfaction comes from assisting companies (and individuals) to perform at optimum level. I therefore seek to be able to work with companies who have a need to improve their performance, and who need to be able to develop management to sustain that improved performance.
I am about to turn 65, but am fit and healthy, with high energy levels, and have the ability to work with people and to inspire them to focus and develop their talents and capabilities.
