I am a REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) registered qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I offer one on one training where the client receives a personalized programme according to their individual fitness goals. I also provide small group fitness sessions in the form of circuit training.
I am also a certified (NZ Iron) Kettle bell instructor. Kettle bells are an excellent tool for strength and cardiovascular training.....superb for fat burning!
