He has several years of experience in large systems implementation including implementation of SAP at the African Union Commission - Ethiopia, Lawson at the Securities and exchange Commission and JD Edwards at Mechanical Lloyd Ghana.
In the area of IT systems auditing he facilitated the implementation of a forensic audit at ESKOM in Uganda as well as a review of the project implementation and data migration at UMEME in Uganda.
Martin has led initiatives to develop and implement business strategies as well as strategies for ICT in Government. He was involved in developing the ICT policy for Ghana and Kenya. In Ghana he supported a team that was putting together the first e-government strategy towards implementation. Martin also supported the Kenyan government to develop an ICT strategy and concept paper that would lead to the development of ICT in the East African Region.
