Especially during my last job at Litwin Italia S.p.A. as HR Generalist, I improved deeply my competencies both technical and managerial. In fact here after few months I had taken responsibility, in addition to Italian activities, also for overseas component relating to the site in Saudi Arabia. I had to perform shortly.
I am also able to work in multitasking way. I had multiple project and so I had to prioritise.
I can handle very well with stress due to problems and to heavy workload.
Finally I know deeply the importance to have a good knowledge of Employer’s business to support the Top Management in the best way.
I was always help in my job to my strenghts. I am down to hearth and practical person but contemporaneously open minded, adaptable, creative and strategic thinker decisive. Lastly, I have a very good organizational skills and strong communication capability.
