building complex and over site of all all outside contractors. I hired and trained the onsite staff. I set a program for the family ownership to follow. This complex became quite a fulfilling project seeing it rise and become home to so many families.

operations and management of a 52 unit hotel.
My management duties consisted of advertising vacancies, showing
rooms, signing leases, collecting and depositing rents, delivering late
notices and evictions, hiring and scheduling employees. I was also
called on to inspect all contract work and be on call 24 hours per day to respond to any emergencies.

My maintenance responsibilities included being on 24 hour call for emergencies. I was also responsible for overseeing apartment
turnovers and general grounds keeping and cleanliness of the property

I was responsible for a crew of 10 to 12 people that conducted
turnovers of family housing on campus. I also supervised 30 to 50
seasonal employees for dorm turnovers twice each year. Two months to complete a 6000 dorm room turnovers.
