Assembled brush-less Electro-Mechanical hospital respirator life critical motors, a component for FDA registered product, common device name Tran tracheal continuous gas delivery or Candance self-breathing system.
Conducted soldering of Printed Circuit Boards with microscope skills.
Additional duties included documenting and filing each motors Hz, Amps, Volts, serial numbers for QC traceability, identification, configuration via in process reports, BOM, and travelers. Packaged, boxed, and shipped motors with a copy of in process reports of each unit to FDA for motors final inspection.
Parts assembled included but not limited to: Magnets, Rotors, Front and Rear end Bell, Sleeve & Stators, Hall sensors, Connectors and Wire harness, Bearings and Shrink tubes.
