o Member of the Presentation Team for all prospective new sites at final decision making stage
o Key Senior Support to drive implementation and troubleshooting issues for other SMS on-site divisions (Food / Manufacturing)
o Driver of all disciplinary and grievance processes for entire workforce (Contracts Of Employment), whilst liaising with client stakeholders
