Responsibilities
Learnt proficiently the specific equipment and machinery of the cafe in Woolloomooloo, Sydney, and up this into practice through skills learnt during the barista training course, that is in regards to proper grinding, cupping,
achieving consistent and firm dosage (of ground coffee) as well as tamping, proper and precise milk texturing for each specific coffee (also knowledge of how to make each coffee to the specified standards of the cafe,
Espresso, Latte, Piccolo, etc.) along with keeping the machines clean and the work station tidy, handling cafe
workflow, order management etc.

Accomplishments
Some experience of making coffee with a very experienced Barista, Pablo Cadavid, from Colombia at
Woolloomooloo in Sydney.

Achieving a high and consistent standard of making coffees, in accordance with Toby's Estate quality
standards.

Operated BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) machinery (On-site induction by BMU Services) at GPT (Governor
Philip Tower) and GMT (Governor Macquarie Tower) at 64 and 42 stories respectively, worked on the gantry with another employee, cleaning windows, applying acids to steelwork, cleaning marble surfaces, and worked with extension poles and on ladders (for ground work)
