This started as a part time job while I was attending university. Following the completion of my degree I spent a year full time before moving to Greggs. I was responsible for the rheon department when my team leader was unavailable. My role was to weigh, mix, run the rheon line, hands on finishing as well as training.

New Product Development
Over the last 9 years I have had the opportunity to develop my skills over many roles, from production operative to team leader. The most exciting role for me being part of the New Product Development team. My passion out of work is cooking and coming up with new recipes, so to be able to do this for an evolving company is a real high in my career. I have lead a team of ten, in a fun and productive manner, always respecting the individual qualities of each person. I work in a shift pattern and always put myself forward to work my days off.
