Twenty-three years experience as an Enforcement Officer / Investigator for the US Treasury. Familiar with skip tracing, judicial procedure, subpoena serving, writing briefs for the US Attorney, preparing affidavits and executing warrants, surveillance, intelligence gathering, and working with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. Responsible for recruiting, scheduling, training, and managing teams of campaign volunteers who worked in neighborhood canvassing and telephone banks in an office responsible for all campaign activities in a densely populated section of Adams County, Colorado. My team's hard work was largely responsible for the fact that President Obama won Adams County by 16%, instead of the 5% that was previously expected. Also worked extensively with Votebuilder (VAN), negotiated with building owners and real estate brokers for the rental of staging locations, set up and administered a Facebook page that helped recruit and support volunteers and Field Organizers, and served as a crowd control/security liaison to the US Secret Service on the occasion of three Presidential visits.

Title 31 US Code (bank secrecy and money laundering), and Title 18 US Code (conspiracy and other crimes); prepared legal briefs recommending civil or criminal sanctions and forwarded them through Counsel to the United States Attorney / US Department of Justice. Requested and executed warrants for entry, seized property under both forfeiture and administrative seizure provisions, and negotiated settlements of tax debts when it was in the governments and the citizens best interest. Also interviewed, hired, taught, trained, coached and managed new agents throughout my career.
