In the year 1999 I started my own Cafeteria Business in Dundee Bus Station and had my sister manage it from 2003 onwards. Owning a Cafeteria Business definitely helped me in understanding the dynamics of operating a Business and its challanges which significantly helped me in inproving my Business acumen.
Presently working as a night shift Production Manager and managing a team of 3 machine operators and 8 process workers, I am now looking to move into a progressing and expanding organization to attain further progress in my career.

responsible for total production, shift organization, managing staff of 11, Health & Safety at work, Food Hygiene standards, production totals, Temperature Control, Weights and Measure control, man management of staff hours, pay, holidays, sickness, days worked, days off, paperwork of quality control. Ensuring shift process works to schedule and on time, ensuring products are correct for packing and delivery, anything not correct will be rejected and will not leave the premises, ensuring the deliveries are packed correctly and to order and the delivery vans leave on or before time.Ensuring the shift have all necessary tools, products and ingredients for the shift to run effectively, this entails stock control from warehouse, logging of what materials have been taken from warehouse and what has been used.Utilising staff and materials to best effect.

the baking and firing of all products, checking products are correctly baked and cooked using temperture probs, recording tempertures correctly, checking the products are baked at the correct oven heat which is recorded and dated.
Responsable for overseeing the correct products and items are packed correctly and on time ready for the delivery drivers at 5am,
All products are made from raw ingredients and are weighed and measured to reciepes, real old style baking, which is what I was taught, old weights of pounds and ounces were used on old scales.

duties included, weighing, preparing and making of all product production during the night shift, once completed, responsable for baking firing of bakery products, bread, rolls, savory and meat products, temperture checks, time checks.
Prepare and complete all sweet products from danish to do nuts, icing of products, creaming of products, using fresh cream and synthetic, ensuring all products are ready and prepared for packaging and ready for dispatch, as this was a 24 hr bakery, very hands on with the demands of the public with the constant supply of products for sale.

Customer Service Manager, Working with general customers enquiries and complaints on a daily basis through telephone calls, as this was the customers first point of contact for enquiries for stores and "where can I buy", complaints, everything a customer would call about especially when things go wrong.
