Setting up site, managing all sub-contractors, carrying out internal and external surveys, ordering materials and compiling work schedules. Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager and working in close contact with a Contracts Administrator (the Clients representative on site) and attending all site meetings. Liaising with residents, being the first and last point of contact
