I have worked as a chef for the past ten years, in a wide range of roles from a commi chef to Running various outlets at Skycity, from Bellota where I planned the menus, as well as maintaining food costs and training staff, to helping run a very busy outlet on the main gamming floor, to function menu planning, and menu planning in Skycity's sports bar Nations club rooms.

Worked on the cold larder, dessert section at first, responsible for maintaining the section, prep items for service, contribute to the menu, and the safety and hygiene of the section. Finished up there as a senior chef departie on the hot entrée section.
