opened new territories in Northeast Maryland, the Delmarva Peninsula, and Southern New Jersey,
Trained hundreds of outside salesmen in several doctrines of salesmanship, with in the "84 University", oversaw $100M in inventory, supervised 180-250 employees, and added personally $10 million in sales@ 24% GP.

General Manager

Builders First Source- Co

advanced a team of 15 sales people, 5 managers, and 175 employees, from a sales volume of $10 million to $80 million in 4 years with a 26%GP and having the #1 location in the USA for several years.

V.P., Purchasing Manager

Maryland Lumber Co

top 20% of sales with a 25% GP. My purchasing duties included all commodities and specialty products and hiring all millwork personnel. I managed 130 employees, a millwork shop, roof truss shop, and a stair manufacturing division.

Erdman Lumber Co

in 4 years took company from $35M in sales to $50M in sales without additional manpower, and increased GP by 3%. Handled a P&L for Millwork shop of 35 employees and $10M in equipment.

Frontline Supervisor/Labor Relations Specialist

General Motors Corp

Youngest frontline supervisor in GM history. My group was the paint department which had 80 employees with the main part of the line for cars, the galvanization area. I was on the cover of GM Today magazine with then General Motors, CEO Roger Smith. Opened new plant in Shreveport, La. and helped the employees decide to become one of the first non-union plants, as the labor relations specialist.


Group 10 General Contracting

I facilitate 15 to 45 different sub- contractors, with hundreds of employees from HVAC to large General Contractors. I took this startup company beyond its goals of $2M to just under $4M in its first year. I also handled labor relations, HR, and payroll. I was a hand on CEO. I then branched out to do consulting for major companies, and still have calls for more consulting needs.
