Quick reaction repair work of all High speed, FMCG line machinery specific to the cardboard box manufacturing and printing industerys, cutting, slitting and folding equipment. Litho-Graphic, flat press machinery etc, a wide range of packaging machinery using shrink wrap, paper, and insertion techniques. Also process equipment ( diaphragm, centrifugal and hydraulic pumps) some fastening equipment, i.e. glue systems and staples which were repaired in house and tested. Boiler house equipment, both start up, blow down and shutdown procedures. Various styles of valve replacement and repair work, testing and fault finding of the same. Pneumatic and hydraulic systems install, test, repair of both systems. Also PPM work, using computerised systems. Computerised stores systems for booking out equipment, replacement parts etc .Installation of new product machinery and commissioning of the same .Line improvements decommissioning and removal for re-installation on another site

Replacement and fitting of valves of various types including hydraulic pneumatic solenoid and motor driven valves.
