Compiling staff reports and liaising between stakeholders and customers. Delivering lessons as Lead instructor acting as coach and mentor to both students and staff.

Over 25 years' experience in Submarine Service achieving successive promotions based on professional examinations and personal recommendations from senior management, to the rank of Chief Petty Officer. As section head on board a nuclear submarine I was responsible for all operations within the control room: navigation, radar, sonar, electronic warfare, weapons systems, providing command with an overall tactical picture both surface and subsurface. A proven man manager, career coach and mentor. Used to working in protracted arduous conditions, under high levels of stress, in the highest levels of security classification.
