I ran a mixture of sports and wellbeing activities for both English and Spanish guests at one of the world's top 100 hotels. The activities I ran included a mixture of both sports and wellbeing activities including: circuit training, spinning, archery, football, tennis coaching, table tennis coaching, paddle tennis to name a few. A large part of my time was spent Personal Training guests on a one to one basis in the hotel gym.
For 8 weeks I also created and ran a sports programme for children aged 8-12 which will now be introduced into all Sensatori hotels across the world due to its success.
