I Have my BTech in Agronomy and Plant Pathology. Since 2004 I had my own nursery and offer Landscaping as a service. In 2010 I designed several gardens in Rustenburg for the FIFA 2010 Soccer World Cup. In 2000 I was selected for the young upcoming scientists in Morocco for discovering a new disease on cotton in South Africa.

Work History



The Initiator of a Non Profitable Organization Bringing the Community, The Local Municipality and the Platinum Giant (Xstrata) together in a Biodiversity Project Linking up with the Magaliesberg Biosphere Project.
This Project will be used as a Pilot Project for Offset Biodiversity Projects for Mines in Similar Situations. This Project will also Include eventually the First Botanical Garden for the North West.

Duties: • Liaising with various Role Players from various Sectors. Community, Local Municipality and Mine Industry
• Liaising with various Role Players from various Fields in Ornithology, Dendrology, Botany, Ecology, Entomology and Zoology

• Writing of a Scientific Protocol for the Biodiversity Project: Removing of Alien Plant Species and ways to Measure if the Project is viable over time.

• Organizing Meetings with the Local Community, Ward Counsellors and Schools
• Giving Lectures at Schools on Biodiversity and Alien Plants.
• Prepared the Budget for a five year Programme in Combatting Alien Plant Species.
• Leading all Meetings between the various role Players.
