Coordinate daily production activities between the shop Production Supervisors/Crew Leaders and the Customer Service Reps. This includes scheduling work orders, communication work order delays, and generating production reports.
Develop and maintain reports and analytical tools through MS Excel for various departments.
Provide Scheduling, Planning and Analytical support to Production Manager and Area Manager.
Analyze workforce labor to component availability and plan accordingly. Make recommendations to Production Manager to adjust accordingly.
Monitoring job progress and communicating issues to ensure promise dates are met.
Evaluating capacity and ensuring it is aligned with the forecast or recommending overtime if necessary.
