• Executing In Process Audit to ascertaining the effectiveness and efficiency of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical erection and Commissioning are conducted, documented, checked and validated as per the ITPLs
• Oversee the NCR management system for Product / Process / IMS System
• Panel member for Vendor selection and technical approval
• Review Contractor Quality Plans to ensure alignment with the Site Quality Execution Plan and the client requirements
• Employee & Contractor Skill Gap assessment and Training at regular intervals
• Managing Customer complaint resolution
• COPQ Monitoring and reduction drive in Project & OMS vertical
• Identify areas for improvement and successful completion of QIP through 8D / DMAIC Methodology
• PFMEA Project Leader for Projects and O&M Vertical process modification
• Responsible for various Quality & Safety drives

HSE Function Responsibility:
• Managing HSE Risk to achieve Zero Fatal and reduction of LTIFR / LTISR
• Develop and review Hazard & Risk / Aspect & Impact assessment at regular intervals
• Develop and implementing Emergency Preparedness Plans (EPP) Emergency Operating Procedures
(EOP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Enhancing Safety Culture through rigorous Training, Reward & Recognition
• Carry out Accident / Incident Investigation, Report submission and follow up on CAPA
