Murder Seen

Canadian low budget thriller starring Nicole Eggert, Timothy Bottoms, and Callum Keith Rennie.

It's late at night. The phone rings, waking college student Zoey Drayden. The caller begs for help, but her horrifying screams end abruptly as the call is disconnected. Soon Zoey is having nightmares about the phone call and then terrifying visions plague Zoey until she goes to the police. The cops link her visions to a missing persons case in which now Zoey becomes the prime suspect. Determined to prove her innocence, Zoey goes after the kidnapper herself. Soon her visions lead Zoey down the dark path and into the mind of a depraved serial killer.
NOTE: Sadly this script was heavily rewritten when studio mergers causes the script to go from A-list circulation to low budget film that was heavily rewritten due to the budget constraints. Unfortunately, I was unable to do the rewrite because there was no money for it. Not sure if the director did the rewrite or someone else, but I learned an important lesson with this as my first screenplay sold: sole credit is a good thing ONLY if you remained the sole writer. You don't want credit for something someone else wrote.
