I was responsible for:
1. maintaining the cost flow of alcohol. Once a week, I evaluate report and make suggestions on each bartender's "free pour" technique to maintain quality and cost.
2. Performing demonstrations to make sure other bartenders are capable of preparing the drinks on the menu.
3. Ordering and stocking inventory. At the end of each night, take inventory of the products and supplies behind the bar and restock or order accordingly.
4. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
5. Managing the staff, responsible for hiring servers, bar backs and other bartenders, and educating them on the safety and work procedures that the bar maintains. I was also in charge of creating and enforcing the work schedule.

My responsibilities: making drinks in total compliance with the company recipes, responsible for keeping the bar stocked with supplies, keeping the bar stocked with alcohol, napkins, glassware, ingredients for drinks, and various other bar supplies, responsible for bringing out appetizers and other food for the customers on the bar, keep track of the money customers spend or don't spend.

I was responsible of supervising a 14 people team and successfullyulfilling all my duties, I brought contributions in building the company's public image (including participations in advertisement campaigns), I was able to cover also my colleagues' duties during their holidays (cashiers' duties, accountants' duties, supervisors' duties, planning the shifts for all cash desk employees), I was part of the Tips Committee formed by floor manager, cash desk manager, food and beverage manager.
