Operations Administration Manager
Staff complement of 3000 – 4000, 28 payrolls, run 86 payrolls a month(Weekly, Fortnightly and monthly)
Manage the Operations Administration service supplied to client according to the SLA and Operations Manual.
Management of the Operations Administration Assistants KPI’s
Ensure the Management and Administration of Personnel Files of Placed Staff and Core Staff.
Ensure the Management of the Registration of New employees and Termination of any employees.
Ensure that Management of new employees and pay packages registered on C-Ops
Ensure the required payouts of Terminated Employees, as required by Legislation.
Management and control of client invoices.
Management of Provident Fund Administration
Management of Medical Aid Fund Administration
Management of Client Debtors Age, P&L’s
Management of NBCRFI Administration
Management of Payroll – Balance of C-Ops to Payroll and authorisation
Resolving all Placed Staff Wage Queries
Management of ALL Leave Balances on C-Ops
Management of the correction of any incorrect rates, days and Back pay.
Management of Payroll Queries
Management of Pay Periods for Payrolls.
Management of Stationary Requirements within set budget.
Management of Refreshment Requirements within set budget.
Manage Attendance Register of Core Staff.
Assist with the continuous improvement of operational processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Report to National Operations Manager regarding any risk than can affect service levels.
