Our clients are students from middle east who they are coming to Australia to study Aviation and my tasks are:-
•Deliver orientation activities including to our students and their families (open bank account, public transport, medical insurance...Etc).
•Helping our students to register with the Embassy and Cultural Mission of their country.
•Complete Practical settlement related tasks including assisting clients to link to essential services.
•Provide language support when required.
•Teach important Australian life skills to client to be able to independently establish their lives and study in Australia.
•Provide cultural advice and liaison between a client and our office.
•Write in English and Arabic and use a computer to send emails, search for information, enter information into database and write a report relating to work tasks complete.
• Carry out general administrative function.
•Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers and fax.
•Create Spreadsheets, Power Point and set up for mail merge
