Assistant of Medical Director

Saint Georges Ajaltoun Hospital

February 2009 - December 2009

My responsibilities were to assist the medical director in: elaborating jobs descriptions to all the doctors worked in the hospital, making regular evaluation process (every year), elaborating a detailed list of all doctors, maintaining KPI, etc. Because of my professional skills, I have been transferring to the HR department.

Assistant of HR Director

From December 2009

From December 2009 till now, I am working as an assistant of HR director. It is a motivating and interesting position, my duties are to elaborating new procedures and policies (recruitment, confidentiality, orientation policies, etc.), receiving all candidates to fill an application job, selecting the appropriate application when needed, preparing employee file, doing the required orientation, adjust employees list in a regular basis, collecting data related to performance indicators, analyzing them and making the improving plan for the next year, etc..

February 2008 - June 2008

I worked as an accountant in a distribution company. It distributes a specific mark of product "paysan breton" to all lebanese super markets. My job was doing internal billing then entering all the receipts of suppliers in the system, and the daily operations, etc.

July 2008 - February 2009

I worked as an accountant in the finance department, I was responsible of closing all bills that came from insurance company, then , I was transferred to medical affairs department, I was assistant to the Medical Director.


Sehnaoui Accounting Office- Achrafieh-Lebanon

May 2007 - August 2007

I worked as an accountant trainee for 3 months in an accounting office. I learned many tasks as: entry the daily transactions, do bank reconciliations, maintain a specific classification of all documents, making monthly accounting adjustment entries, etc...


Byblos Bank

July 2005 - August 2005

I worked for 2 months as trainee at Byblos Bank- Batroun. From this internship, I learned about the daily operations of the Bank (withdrawals, deposits,transactions, money transfers, receipt of statements, salary payments, etc.), also about banking loans, etc. It was an interesting internship, i learned how to communicate with colleagues and customers, and how to work as a team.


Assistant HR Manager at Saint Georges Ajaltoun Hospital

My responsibilities are assisting the HR manager in: recruiting, defining salary and benefits,orienting, and training new employees to perform their work successfully; elaborating new HR politics and procedures (communication, work conditions, team working, confidentiality, recruitment, orientation, etc.); collecting the key performance indicators to analyze them and, then, to elaborate the improvement plan to measure hospital's progress towards its goals, maintaining accrediting standards consistent.
