Created and developed main lifestyles to assist with buying and creating strong visual impact. Planned, created floor plans, managed trade and budgets for 7 main renovations ranging from $10,000 to $100,000. Worked directly with the CEO buying at trade shows, to determine which collections we will carry, continue using and discontinue using. Developed story boards with colours and accessories to strengthen collection impact. Scheduled shipping and planned arrival of collections onto the showroom floor. Selected, coordinated and purchased all artwork, lamps, mirrors, bedding, floral arrangements and accents to arrive with furniture. Prepared merchandising team on set up needs and provided plan-o-gram. Accessorised and ensured displays were ready to provide a strong impact with a large sales interest from the start.

The De Boer's Studio featured Henredon, Bernhardt and Drexel Heritage Galleries in a showroom over 65, 000 square feet. Merchandised and created room settings in all showrooms.

The Initiative was to explore a variety of art mediums,artistic expressions and athletic programs to assist children and youth in their development. Along with that was the organization of two annual Jewellery trade shows.
