I am head of The Student Network Steering Board where I am in charge of planning educational initiatives for our 270 student employees.
I am in charge of IBM's Elite Student Talent program in Denmark, which I have improved radically through the past year.
I administer "IBM Careers and Jobs Denmark" on Facebook, and has been part of the global Social Media Employer Branding Team.
In addition, I help with other initiatives such as; our Blue HERO Top Talent program (in relations to my thesis), internal Competencies Campaigns and motivational speaking.
