-Conversant in all of the services, treatments, promotions and policies
- Carry out client or patient booking, file and makes proper assessment;
-Accountable in daily sales and reports must be forwarded to the designated department;
-Execute promotion and packages that is created from time to time;
-Provides proper information to the client/patient query, treatment history and practitioners or doctors information;
-Handles indirect marketing and execute the procedure to handle the prospective client/patient;
-Organize proper and systematic filling;
-Arrange meeting between medical representatives, general manager and practitioner if needed;
-Knows hoe to handle assertive client or patient in other way of circumstances;
-Attend all the time the need of the client or patients in terms of complain and assistance;
-Comply the recommended and suggestions from the therapist or practitioner with supervision of the General Manager.
