Directs and manages the overall performance of 13-15 Team members trained in the Fraud, Customer Support and back office processes.
Coaches Team members on a regular basis to ensure that areas of opportunities are addressed and individual targets are consistently met;
Coordinates with Finance and the Human Resources to fix payroll, evaluation and promotion requirements of Team members.
Initiates changes/process improvements to minimize waste.
Meets with Clients on a regular basis to discuss updates, resolve issues and implement projects.
Telecoms and Systems Upgrade
Organized schedules and activities of Team Members assigned in the testing and distribution of new phone units and upgrading of systems used by the Sales Force (nationwide projects affecting 600 peoople)
