I have been to college for 2 years studying higher level professional chefs diploma and food service NVQ level 2. in a then went on to start an aprentership at a gastro pub for 18 months whilst at college I worked in a restaurant called the squid ink where I found a passion for cooking and want to carry on learning from well expirenced chefs and finding out how to run a kitchen. I feel I would be an excellent candidate to work for you as I have the passion for cooking along with all my skills which i have picked up from a number if chefs

First job in a small local pub worked here for 4 years
studied professional chef diploma went to college for 2 years and also studied food service at level 2 then started an aprentership for 5 months when I was then offered a full time job
Here for 3 months as a commis chef while at college Specialising in local fish and seafood the menu combines contemporary British cooking with Mediterranean and Asian influences.
Work for 18 months as chef de Partie/sou chef . The Finnygook Inn is restaurant and hotel in Crafthole, near Whitsand Bay. It is a recently renovated, 15th Century coaching inn with traditional gastro pub food.
