An accomplished legal professional with years of experience in the field, Marc Quinlivan works as a Managing Partner with Chicago Litigation Services. In this role, he serves the legal market and firm’s corporate clients by providing traditional litigation support services such as electronic discovery. Marc Quinlivan also oversees all aspects of the firm’s sales and marketing strategies and works to promote growth wherever possible.
Before joining Chicago Litigation Services, Marc Quinlivan served as the Vice President of Business Development at Williams Lea in Chicago. In this capacity, he facilitated revenue growth for the $2 billion global outsourcing business. Moreover, as his focus shifted from the Central United States to the country as a whole, Marc Quinlivan committed increasingly more attention to the petrochemical, insurance, and legal sectors. Several years earlier, he had established RDC, LLC, a litigation support company in downtown Chicago. As that organization’s Executive Vice President, he provided document and records management, court reporting, and electronic discovery services to corporate clients of law firms.
Before founding his own business, Marc Quinlivan spent nearly 10 years handling complex commercial, insurance coverage, and tort litigation in addition to medical malpractice and real estate matters as an Associate Attorney and Partner of Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey in Chicago. He also worked as an Associate Attorney with Pretzel & Stouffer, Chartered.
Mr. Quinlivan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics/Philosophy from Yale University and Juris Doctor from the IIT Chicago–Kent College of Law. His Master of Business Administration from IIT Stuart School of Business is pending.
Prior to joining Chicago Litigation Services, Marc Quinlivan spent four years as Vice President of Business Development at global business process outsourcing firm Williams Lea, where he played a vital role in increasing the company’s profits and revenue. Working regionally at first, Mr. Quinlivan eventually expanded his scope to include the national insurance, petrochemical, and legal sectors of Williams Lea’s business. In 2003, Marc Quinlivan founded RDS, LLC, serving as the company’s Executive Vice President. As a litigation support company, RDS focused on providing services to the legal market, including records management, eDiscovery, document management, and court reporting.
