Organization forms an integral part of my work, as baked goods must be made on schedule and in a specific order so that the bakery is able to produce the desired amount of baked goods. I prepare ingredients, mix them, bake them, and always clean up afterwards! My current responsibilities include marketing and selling of baked goods and dealing with the money associated with the sale. I oversee other employees and mentor junior bakers.
