CHIEF TASKS HANDLED
Research & Development
Planning and organising day-to-day research activities; preparing specifications for raw materials, intermediates,
finished products & recovered solvents; maintaining knowledge of state-of-the-art research techniques, synthetic
technologies and equipment.
Setting up, calibrating, operating and maintaining Laboratory Research Equipment as per GLP requirements;
ensuring that all appropriate procedures and standards as per GLP regulations are followed for the collection & preservation of analytical samples.
Contributing to publication and/or presentation of results; organising awareness campaigns for educating public.
Teaching & Mentoring
Implementing instructional activities; identifying, selecting, and modifying instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.
Assisting in assessing changing curricular needs and offering plans for improvement; responding to all classroom
queries in a spontaneous manner to foster a healthy learning atmosphere in class.
Providing a positive environment in which students are encouraged to be engaged in the learning process;
carrying out regular assessment of pupil performance.
